Some short FAQS

Whānau Āwhina Plunket is New Zealand’s largest provider of free health and wellbeing services for tamariki under five and their whānau. They have been part of New Zealand life for over a century.
In practical terms, Plunket provides Well Child Tamariki Ora health checks, nurse support, parenting advice, and community programmes that reach families across the country, including in rural and remote communities where access to health services can be limited.
They operate through a network of nurses, community karitāne, and volunteers, and they are free to access for New Zealand families. The work is funded through a combination of government contracts and charitable donations, which is why fundraising like Dunk it for Plunket directly supports their ability to keep showing up.

All you need to do is set up the meeting and invite the team; I bring everything else. Your team just shows up.

Every host gets the session slides and the workplace guide to share, so the hour keeps working all week.

There is no set amount and every donation is welcome. When you book your session you will receive a host booklet with some suggested donation amounts to help guide you and your team. We welcome anything upwards of $250 as my goal this year is $5000!
